Phone speaker after update

After the udate of my samsung galaxy A10s of 01-07-2021

When i call someone its call speaker not working and voice is comming from loud speaker of phone that is down side it happened after updation now what should i do?

It's not software update issue is physical issue

If its physical issue then there is no incoming voice listen but in my case its converted to music speaker to loud speaker how
