Hi... what's your device? Like it says, update the device if any security updates or Android upgrades are available to install. Then better to reset the device. Go to a Samsung service center if any issues come up like UI crashes, unusual battery drain any other malfunction. 😊

First of all backup your all data using samsung switch . Second try to reset the phone . Check the problem still remaining . If yes needs to re install os. Please visit nearest samsung service point.
