Phone shutting off and notification problem

My samsung A02s continously showing notification, usb connctor connected/disconnected, and due to this phone screen is not shutting off.

Solution in my opinion is that k mobile ko reset karen ek baar or mobile gira to nai ya water damage to nai hua???
