Phone reboots after software upgrade

post software upgrade Issues: phone reboots randomly. A33 (8 Gb)

Issues Observed after software upgrade around 17 September 23 phone reboots randomly.

try to reset the phone with a button reset but dis not help

please suggest if any patch is available to fix this.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger. We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

There are two methods to disable the auto restart function
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.

You can reset your device by following the steps from the below link.

Kindly share the report of the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
