I'm experiencing a problem with my Galaxy A71, it sometimes mute the call and i couldn't hear the caller and the microphone as well will be not working and the caller can't hear me. Even if i record a voice note it can't work but if i restart it, it works properly. Now would like to know the cause of this problem and a solution to it if any.
Make sure whenever you are on a phone call that your ear doesn't repeatedly touch the phone when it's comes voice notes Make sure you phones speaker or sound isn't on mute or either than that I suggest you take your device to your nearest service center for further assistance with the problem your experiencing with your device
