How to turn off or disable the option where Phone A72 reading/calling the names on receiving whatsapp messages.

I would say, if you would like to learn more about how YOU control your device. Then go to settings>about phone>scroll to last which says about phone. And tap it 5 times. You will get to be a developer mode. You can see everything that has happened there and modify you Own privacy or whatever also you are seeking.
