Phone not charging

My A32 isn't charging since this morning, another friend of mine with a A06 is reporting the same issue.

I am using original charger for my S24 U which is working fine, while A32 is showing problem

What do you think is the cause here?
Is it a software problem?

My Samsung A06 doesn't support fast charging, no matter which charger I use. Also, it doesn’t charge at all while it's turned on — it only charges when the phone is switched off.

Use Samsung Original Power Delivery Adapter 25W for best results.
My friend has A06 too, he once charged it through my charger and it was charging at "Super fast charging" with the cyan colour animation

I use a 25W iPhone charger. I also have a Samsung A16, and it charges with super fast charging using the same charger. But the Samsung A06 only charges at normal speed. I think there might be an issue with the A06 device.

I think the issue could be device specific, otherwise I've seen A06 charging at super fast charging with my own eyes.

Alright, I’ll try using a Samsung original charger and see if that works
