"I have not received any updates for my A72, and this phone is experiencing various glitches. The wired Samsung headphones do not work properly when I receive calls or messages, and it automatically goes on speaker mode. Additionally, the Samsung keyboard lags and increases in size while typing. These issues persist even after visiting the service center in Karachi, where they repeatedly flashed the phone. I am unsatisfied with the A72 and the service I've received. I request either an updated model phone or a thorough check by a professional to resolve these problems.
