Phone app issue

Hi 

I have samsung A52 mobile and I'm facing problem from dialer app I'll didn't get any notifications for missed calls 

Is there any solution for this

Go app info in phone app and clear data sometimes bug will come

All ready I did it after completing the process also the issue was not resolved

CHECK IF ANY UPDATE PENDING FOR
" CARRIER SERVICES [ APP BY GOOGLE]
IF YES JUST UPDATE IT
ELSE
SETTINGS > APPS > [APP NAME] CARRIER SERVICES > CLEAR DATA AND CACHE AFTER THIS
RESTART(REBOOT) YOUR PHONE ONCE
AND CHECK IT

First clear cache of the phone app if issue still not resolved then clear data & check
