Try deleting apps you dont use. The more storage available you have, the better it will perform. Reseting the phone also ilproves performance and dince it deletes everything, it will delete any kind of malware and stuff you dont need. Be careful if you do this as you will loose all of the data.

Your best option is to debloat. Download Shizuku and Canta, then follow the instructions on setting up Shizuku (they'll be in the app itself, make sure you're connected to WiFi, and switch Developer mode on in Settings). After setting up Shizuku, open Canta, give it some time to load, and it'll show you apps you can uninstall. If you're not sure which app does what, Google it before uninstalling, but ones marked "Recommended" are safe to uninstall

Turn off adaptive battery and Ram plus.And make sure your phone and SD card has enough free storage
