Performance reduced

My device is Galaxy A6+. Few days back I got an updation to Android Pie. Since that my phone became slower and all round performance reduced. I can't even play games. Anyone know why ??

your phone is now optimised...the high performance has removed after updates😥...now there is only three option available...

you can't play any games smoothly ...

I use a galaxy A6, just an A6 and after the pie update, the phone became slower. I need help please. And why the hell did they create an optimised mode?!? They're just ruining the peak performance of the phone!
They have to do something about this. The camera quality also had been degraded.
