I went to Samsung service center for my A71 headphone jack issue on 25th June.

Service center manager told me that he will order the headphone jack panel (integrated with mic) on Monday and it will come by Wednesday.

Today is Friday and I am not able to know whether the part is available in service center or not.
I have called the said service center (below you can see the address and number) 4 times now and the status of part availability is still unknown. Out of 4 times, 2 times I got the assurance of call back (1 time from the SC manager) but I haven't received call back. The service center manager went to offer namaz and no one in the service center has any idea about the order.

If any BA is reading this post, please do give feedback to seniors about this experience. Because after this experience only a fool will purchase Samsung product again.
