PROBLEM CONNECTING PHONE TO PC USING USB METHOD

Hi ,

iam using Samsung Galaxy A51  . 

i need to copy image inside my phone to my  pc ( window ) . I know there is option "link to windows" but it useless when come to place where connection is very poor   plus my work demand me to finish my work at site , this problem slow me down .  

The best option that i can think off  is using USB connection method . For your information i have enable developer mode  . Within developer mode i have enable few relevant option such as "USB DEBUGGING" and setup "DEFAULT USB CONFIGURATION" . After few attempt include restart my phone no luck to connect my phone to my pc nor my laptop . 

did i missing something ? Or my method wrong ? just let me know then ...

I hope there is someone to help me with this problem .

it allows you to send files and it shares wirelessly by using both wifi direct and bluetooth (basically the fastest means )
