OneNote Sync Issues on A70 Android 10

Hi People.

I've been having severe OneNote sync issues on my phone since upgrading to Android 10. I've tried all recommended OneNote fixes, to no avail.

Is anyone else having this issue? Were you able to resolve it?

I had the same issues! My model is SM-A920F!!  It looks like that there is no offical solution till today so I had to downgrade too (Version 9)! For me OneNote is one of the most important apps on my smarpthone so I had to take some risks to get it back! The link to the following YouTube - Video fixed the problem by downgrading back to Version 9! IT SAYS FOR GALAXY S10 BUT IT ALSO WORKED WITH MY GALAXY A9, THERE IS A BIG CHANCE THAT IT WILL WORK WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE TOO!!

Sorry to read you're having this issue. You may have to downgrade to Android 9.

Update: the Android 10 rerelease for June 202O has fixed issues the previous update had. Please see my other post regarding this:

I updated to UI2 Android 10 but it didn't help with OneNote. I am still having major sync issues and download problems.

@qosmioamit hello. Which phone are you using? Which Android update, is it June 2020? If not check again. Also, try uninstalling & then reinstalling OneNote.
