Updated to one ui8 and haven't experienced any crashes nothing am using a34 5g no problem or whatsoever I think it actually depends on the device you using if it like low specs device or mid range etc

Every user experience is different. I've never had any issues on my phone either. I've had my phone for over a year now and I've never had any of the issues most people experience with their Galaxy A35 5G phones.

I have had my phone since 2023, After UI8 update, I noticed that it's starting to lag a bit. I don't know if storage plays a role

What model is you can always perform a clean factory reset not even that reflashing it using Odin I doubt you will have lag depends on model u got it can handly one ui8

Yes but I'll recommend every picture is backup in your Google account not just for flashing but to still have access to them any time and WhatsApp backup samsung backup like your home screen etc before doing that and than u can perform that if you too
