Why Uae version A73 5g has not received one ui 5 android 13 update till date??

One ui 5 and Android 13 has not been released yet in middle East region, even the s series hasn't recieved it, they are really slow in releasing the updates even security updats. So we should wait. Hopefully in december, dates are not announced.
