Hey member, It looks like a sad news for you. Since Samsung have not listed your device for the OneUI4 update schedule, I don't think you are gonna receive the update either. They might look into it later but since A20s is more than 2 years older, I can say it is outdated and will not be eligible at all. It's a good device so you can still use it with OneUI3 and Samsung will provide security updates for further but if you need the latest and the greatest software, You might have to look for an upgrade now :)
