One UI | Found Bug

We have found bug in Samsung Galaxy A51, Samsung Galaxy A50s , Samsung Galaxy F42 and Samsung F23 used in our family. 

1. Before lock of phone we close all Applications. 

2. When we unlock phone we found one Application running on phone randomly. 

How this application Starts on locked phone? 

If it is a bug of One UI fix it
