One UI 8 bug in A34

Facing issue while downloading one UI 8 in A34 , similar to one faced at the time of one UI 7 .

When we tried to download it shows to switch to wifi.

As the solution I found at the time of one UI 7, I first updated Google play system still it doesn't work

I think I should work

If you are still facing this issue, you can try from Smart switch app.

This'll only work if you have pc/laptop.

I think it will take more time and ya might be of hight size

As per your concern, we would request you kindly check your device network once and make sure your device is properly connected to the internet connection to download the latest software version.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings-> About phone-> software update.

However, you also can update the software by using Smart Switch. You can open Smart Switch on your Windows PC or Mac, you will see an option to update to a new software version if one is available. kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Step 1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device.

Step 2. Open Smart Switch on your PC.

Step 3. If a software update is available, Smart Switch will automatically prompt you to update the software or display an option to update.

Step 4. Tap Update and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files and complete the update process.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
