It's March now, been 4 months after this comment. I thought now might be the right time to update but nop. I did Update today, they were two One was One UI 8.0 and other was Security Patch. Nothing was right. Right after both updates phone started working heavily laggy and app crashes and phone restarts itself etc. i was having smooth phone until. I regret updating it.

Help me out without saying clear cache by system recovery, cause i have seen comments of it not working or clearing all data.

I don't know what phone you have. But after you updated to One UI 8.0, you should have let the phone to settle down for at least 3 days. Then you install the security patch. Settle down mean to use the phone only for important light stuffs because the phone is super busy in the background after update. Think of it: You just updated the software. It's like the OS is adapting itself and performing some background process after the update despite it says Software updated.

Solution: Restart the phone. Unlock it. Wait for the phone to load. Don't let the screen to turn off - touch the screen when it dims - Tip: set screen timeout to 10 minutes to avoid frequent touching the screen. Connect to internet. And wait while you look at it. Ignore crashing pop us, not responding pop-ups, notifications....Just wait and don't let the screen off. The top of the phone will heat up which is fine. Let the battery discharge. Once the phone cooled down, connect the charger and leave the phone alone for about 3 hours. Come back after 3 hours and start updating all apps from all app store available in your phone. Update Google Play System updates. Finally, restart phone.

Bro me and you are facing the same problem.
We have been complaining about this problem since last year early December,4 months now.
Samsung hasn't even tried to help us and we have been complaining and complaining and complaining **bleep** yett still Samsung doesn't care about their customers/users at all we haven't got any reply from them they don't take us serious when we say we are really really struggling about this apps and games crashing.
I regret updating my phone to the UI8 and buying this A16,mostly I regret buying from this careless company 😪
