One UI 7 update for the A55

Hey guys, just wanted to share my gripes regarding the One UI 7 update for my Galaxy A55 and still I haven't recieved it since last year.

I've tried different variations to update this OS to the latest version, but to no avail, must be a region issue since I'm living in South Africa.

Does anyone have the same problem as I am? Please, let me know.

Is it a brand new 4ne or second hand?

Bought it last year since it was lainched

Did you take it on contact?....coz I did ..probably thats why🤷

Yeah, that could be one of these factors

Do back up,and then hard reset or format your phone

If you don’t mind, try updating it manually through Odin, because we got the One UI 7 update in May and the One UI 8 update in early October. It doesn’t make sense that your device hasn’t received either of those. Do you get monthly updates?
