One UI 4 1 issue

Hi .. my phone suddenly freezes and then I get a a message that ONE UI 4.1 is unresponsive.   How come this probl3m. Probably the OTA software has bugs in it.  Samsung wake up and take care of this issue.  My device A52s.

Same hardware
No problem

Nothing happened like this in my a52s.
Backup and reset your device. If issue still exists, visit service center.

Do try factory resetting your phone....
1)backup your phone.
2) log out of all your accounts which is imp.
3) Factory reset.
problem might get solved.
