Samsung has introduced its One UI 3.1 for galaxy S21 series and there will be more devices getting it near future.

No one knows. Its not in the list but since A50 and A51 is there, I am guessing A50s too will receive it sometime later.

According to the list A71 ke baad A51 ko One UI 3.1 update milega

The list specified does not indicate the order in which update will be deployed. I am guessing A51 will receive it first and then A71 next.
