samsung OneUI is always ahead of latest stock android in features and google copies some of those in future android versions. for example the night mode☻ there's too many of those features that Samsung adds and changes the android 10 into new OneUI skin and that's why they are always late u can take it as bad service or u can wait a little to get more than just android 10😎
