OVER HEATING

I purchased my A51 just 4 days back. its heating badly while charging or while using my phone. i want some action from Samsung India. Either replace my phone or else return my money. Rs 25500 is a big deal. So i want replacement or return.

this is a big problem in this phone and this problem is with all a51 sets .
i used it 5 months and it gets heated badly whether charging or playing a game its because the exynos processor.

fast charging krte waqt to saray phone garam hote hain. Phone use krte waqt garam hone ki waja koi app ho skti hu jo background me chl rhi ho aur aap ko pata na chl rha ho. jin aaps ko use nhi krte delete krdo

nope i have a30s never became hot while fast charging

reboot into recovery and clear cache data then reboot into system and restart the phone twice then use normally this issue will be resolved

My Samsung Galaxy A71 is heating up after One UI 2.1 update. Will this solution solve my problem too? and will my data also be deleted if I delete cache?
