OTP code is not received for my number

Samsung messages apps and Google message is not received for OTP code for activating RCS. 

How to solve it? 

Samsung messages apps : register of chat is not accepting and completely greyed out. 

Google message : it said keep "setting my number" and "trying to verify your number". Without receiving any OTP code

Still not working! Chat setting is greyed out from samsung messages apps setting

IT WILL AGAIN BECOME CLICKABLE

CHOSE ONE OF THEM FOR RCS REGISTRATION

RCS is enabled 24/7. But still chat features is not running. Completely greyed out.
