OTG drive detection issues

OTG drive is suddenly undetected on my phone. I'm using Galaxy A50. I was still able to use it 2 weeks ago. Im using original Samsung OTG adaptor. It works with my other phone Galaxy S8+ but when inserting to A50 it's not detecting the drive. My A50 isn't even 2 months old yet. Has anyone encountered/resolved this issue yet? I'm hoping to find ways to fix this without resorting to factory reset or going to the service center.  TYIA :)

When I plug it to the phone, USB Storage 1 will appear in the phone's File Explorer. Now, when I insert the USB OTG to my A50 it doesn't detect the storage drive anymore. It was still working 2 weeks ago, I've been using it often to transfer pictures and movies from phone to USB storage. Samsung support advised me to reset settings but to no avail. Now I already did a factory reset, sadly same result.

please verify your OTG pendrive is using FAT32 /NTFS file format

Hi, I'm connecting the OTG to phone only. I don't have a PC. I am using an original samsung usb type C OTG adapter. I use this with a 64gb sandisk storage. When I plug it to the phone, USB Storage 1 will appear in the phone's File Explorer.

insert the drive in a pc , backup the data amd format the drive using NTFS and transfer all data to drive than connect it using OTG
