I am sharing country list where Samsung Galaxy A71 will get Android11 based ONE UI as per sammobile.com, here is the list- 

1- Russia, Ukrain and Kazakhstan

2- Vietnam, Srilanka and UAE

3- Panama, Poland and 

I think soon we will get update in India too, what do you thing guys ???

I don't think we'll get update this sooner. samsung doesn't even care about a71 users of Indian market
