Why now bar not working.... for example when. Notification comes or charging connected ... bar disappears ... 😕 any leads . . .

I did some research on the lock screen and AOD clock animations. In One UI 7 devices the AOD and lock screen app version is 8.9 and in A55 it is still on 8.8. I tried to install the 8.9 from the unknown source and it shows app not installed error.
