Notification problem in whats app

I m regularly facing problem in what's app notification. When I use what's app notification comes on top but when using other apps what's app notification do not appear. 10 to 15 days ago every thing was good. Plz some one help me.

when I open what's app then all messages and their notifications comes. when I use youtube I don't know the message until I open whatsapp.

check for notifications settings for whatsapp messenger in the settings menu. Also check for "do not disturb" settings.

Setting can be found in phone settings > notifications > whatsapp > Silent notifications (turn off)

Go to settings from there go to data usage you could see a list of apps there from the list take whatsapp you could see "restrict background data" untick the checkbox.
