I have bought a Samsung galaxy a14 5g smartphone but I am not able to use 5g connectivity from jio however I have updated to the August security patch still I am not able to activate jio 5g why is it so I don't know...


 Please Samsung do some needful so that I can use the 5g experience on my newly bought A14 5G PHONE ...

It all depends upon the area u stay.....if others who have 5g mobiles phones are able to use 5g then u should go and talk to the network provider or just wait till the area you stay gets a 5g networking 😉

All my friends have 5g handset and using jio5g but in my samsung a14 5g smartphone i am not able to use the same service what should I do?

If it's a duel Sim change it to the slim slot and restart the device and even if u are not able to use 5g try checking ur Sim in another 5g smartphone

I have just called on jio customer they said your handset is ready for the 5g experience you will shortly get jio welcome offer notification and than you will be able to experience jio 5g ....
