Not showing camra vedio low quality after update

Sir there is big problem  in software development when I was buy a30 mobile there is low to high three settings with different quality of vedio recording but now no any settings  and most of settings are off please check that and solve

It is moved out from Settings in One ui 3.1(if i remember correctly).
