Not fair for a8 plus users

This model is completely forgotten by samsung the company has the policy of giving 3 major os updates but we have got only 2 improve it Samsung or u will lose ur brand trust the back models of this version  is getting one ui 3 n we are not even getting one ui 2 it's really bad to see that users spend money and company does fraud with them

The update policy of 3 major updates applies only to 2019 and later flagships, A51, A71 and A90. Please get your details correct.

very truly said that A8+ has been forgotten by the company. I spend 32,000/- i the year 2018. as belong to mid range premium phone, company should give the latest update to these price range segment.
but anyhow we all have to tolerate or adjust with the company policies.
