Not Received Android 10 Update in Galaxy A7 2018.

Dear Samsung,

Why I'm not getting android 10 update in my phone galaxy a7 2018. It is still having January 1 Security Patch as on 9th April. As I see Samsung's android 10 update list, it shows galaxy a7 2018 already completed in March 2020. Plz do something needful.

Hi Guys..Today after much waiting I've installed the android 10 update using Odin and firmware from Samsung site. If anybody interested then u can also upgrade, it's very simple.
