No updates on A55 5g

Hi. I have got a Samsung a55 5G. My security patch level is 1 February 2024. I have not received any latest software updates on my phone since getting it in April 2024. What is the problem with my phone not getting software updates???  Anyone has a solution to this problem please share....

Try this Settings > Software update > Download and install, if your device have a new update it will start to download the patch

I have tried this numerous times already says software up to date but my wife has exact same phone and she received software updates on her A55 already with the latest one but mine isnt picking up any updates

Try settings >about >software information >click Google Play System update, after update it
then recheck for an update

Hi there. Just tried that and there was an update for google play system update but software update still says software up to date.

Hi there. No i did not. I got my device at mtn and my wife got hers at the same mtn store and shes received updates but i have not.

Ok.. can you share the model number and the CSC code of your device? You can check it from the last update. Or just simply share screenshot of your last update like in the attachment here.
