No sound after receiving call

My a72 facing some problem with calling feature.

 When I receive call I cant hear caller voice in first time. After Then its okay.

 What's the solution. Its boring every first time it's happening.

Yes sir. I have updated my a72.
Tested in safe mode.
But this problem persist for any call in first time and after then its okay.

In my area my network is okay. No network issues. But this problem sometimes happening when I recive call or and caller recive my phone , there is no sound sometimes, I thought its network issues but its not.

then ...this might be a prblm in the update, after update recently even we(A80) got the same prblm ...you better report this issue in the app here !
and soon will get a solution or an update fixing this issue
