Well, in the recent Android 10 update, all of use mostly got the march update. However, this march update includes the fixes from Samsung, not from Google.

You ask how? Well, with Android 10, Google is taking care of the Important security and privacy fixes themselves using the Google Play System Update. This is right now on 1 May 2020, the latest one. Most of the people don't know about it, but Google is actually doing this from Android 10.

TO check the Play System Update version: Settings > Biometrics and security> Google Play system Update.

Applicable to Android 10 only.

in simple, play System updates will push updates to your phone from Play store: No Restart in most cases, comes directly from Google. Just like installing apps from Play Store. It includes most important updates.

System patch: depending on OEM's mood, bugs in their software, Some patches from google, and needs restarting.
