No details on zoom

Why is it that Samsung Galaxy A73 5g's shots have no details on zooming in while cheaper and lower series phones of samaung perform well in capturing details?

I think it's not about price, it's about period/generation of the phone! Have you seen any previous version devices showing the same, like A53, A33 etc !

My father has an A53 and my uncle has an A35. Bith have better pics in main camera. But A73 nails in all other setups.... Selfie, ultrawide, etc. But its main camera clicks good photos when the subject is near or in prtrait mode. But in indoor light or when clicking a scenery with a subject a little far away, it fails to capture good details. And 108 looks like a sham. Its just like 12mp with more zooming capactiy, but on zooming in , clarity is still lost.

I do understand your pain but I'm not sure how you'll accept my suggestion on this. I think it's time for you to upgrade however not because of any issues of the phone but you should consider yourself as a pro user by now. The facts behind your experience are multiple. First of all you have to consider the fact that A73 doesn't have any telephoto lens but it can still provide optic quality details upto 3X zoom, rest upto 10Z is completely digital, where quality loss might be unavoidable. Second thing is, it does work on NONA BINNING TECHNOLOGY where in low light it becomes 12MP but with really big pixels that allows you to capture more lights and details. A73 is a really good phone with flagship grade quality but as you know, technology now has AI in almostd everything and that makes the previous thing look outdated 😋 Go for flagship now and unleash your inner photographer with dedicated Tele lens and AI 😁👍🏾

Wow! You have spoken my inner voice. Thing is that Samsung budget phones will have some features missing and in such a way that it will make one feel the urge to buy a flagship. And flagship means bigger profit.😊 Thankyou for the suggestion. Everything you said is true to the bone. Maybe next time I will buy a Vivo X200 for photography. And suffer missing the fantastic UI that samsung offers. 🙏

Hahahaha, personally I don't care about anything except the fact that I'm too much into Samsung because of their Knox, One UI and Samsung Wallet. Hell, I can't get pass so many Samsung things in my daily life! 😂

True. Once you're truly into these things, its very hard to leave the habit. But for me, I'm all flexible. The phone which gives me the best cam in budget, shall be mine 😎.
