No audio to Bluetooth device during whatsapp call

I have Samsung A345G device. After 1 July security update I am facing issue regarding whatsapp Bluetooth call. No audio of end user through Bluetooth mode. I have tested on another device same Bluetooth headphone and same whatsapp version and it is working perfectly normal. Anyone having same issue with whatsapp call? Normal voLTE call is also not working through Bluetooth.

Issue: no audio on whatsapp if connected to Bluetooth. (Headset & speaker mode work fine)

Issue generate: update device to 1 July security patch of A345G.

Edit: issue same with normal call too
