No Notification after Lockdown mode

I use Lockdown option alot but after Android 13 update, when I take it out of lockdown (unlock mobile after using Lockdown Feature), notifications don't appear at all. Mobile shows 'no notifications in notification panel and notification indicator icons on status bar also disappear. To bring back notifications i have to restart my device.

Can someone please check on their device and let me know of it's a bug in Android 13 or only I'm facing this issue.

maybe software bug..try reset your phone settings..or just wait for another update.. if problem remains same then copy your data to laptop etc and reset your phone..

So that without wasting time waiting for update I reset my device ?
