Ever since I have installed this update: A705FNXXU5CTK4 / A705FNOJM5CTK4 / A705FNXXU5CTK4 (Security patch level: November 1, 2020), my SM-A705FN/DS freezes and after a short while shuts down on itself during WhatsApp, Telegram, and Google Meet voice and video calls (and probably any other call, since I haven't been using any other method or application). Also, I encountered this very same issue last night while I was using Smart View.
Furthermore, I read somewhere else on a forum that another person has also witnessed the same issue ever since they have installed the new update on their A70.
Is Samsung planning on rolling out a new update to fix the issue? It's been a long time now, and I've been expecting the new update every day since I installed the previous one! If not, should I just forget about the warranty and flash my ROM to fix the issue myself? I can't wait much longer.
Please kindly bring the device to the nearest Samsug authorized Service Center and request for reloading the software as it may help resolve the issue.
I have the exact same problem with my A70 after the latest update. Random restarts (which actually seem not to be properly restarting the whole machine, but displaying the SAMSUNG logo and getting me to the lock screen around five seconds later) I wish I could roll back that update. Everything was working perfectly before.
Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have the device checked out.

I do not know what the issue is with this model, my first one the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly got it replaced. Now whenever i try to use any type of lock screen methods it freezes and won't be able to open it.
