New software update horrible

I updated my software today and since doing this I can not hear people or they can not hear me when recieveing a call but its perfectly fine when making a call its wasn't doing this or ever done this till I did the update this morning samsung you really need to sort this I'm getting very frustrated

Hi, this solution may not fit every problem.

We need to understand that this problem is not just being faced by this gentleman but lot of other people including me as well.

This update of UI & Android has some bugs or some other defect due to which connectivity has become a challenge
