My wifi is off data also off then why about phone

Its normal thats the address where your device will be identified on network. Without mac address your device wont be connected to your wifi network its a unique code where your device will be identified by wifi network .. select as solution if it solved your problem

Its normal .. every device have their own unique mac address .. and you too have it without mac address your device wont be connected to wifi ..
