New Galaxy A14 slow chal raha aur lag kar raha

Brand new galaxy a14 lag kar raha ha. Hr cheez thori slow chalti ha, games atak atak k chal rahi. Facebook videos b atak rhi han aur hr app slow ha. Abi bilkul new ha phone data b ni ha.

Any help?? Sirf mera mble ka aisa issue ha ya A14 may overall ya issue ha.

Sir your device processor performance is poor. And clean your device ram. And check your device ram and rom condition weekly. And scan your device to check virus weekly.

Sir first you have to open setting then search battery and device care option open it. You can see ram,rom and ,battery condition.now click the optimize button. Scanning start.

@hassanmaqbool i follow these steps and my phone is optimised but the issue still prevails.
Just tell me if only my A14 is faulty or all A14 has this issue.
If it's only mine so i can go for warranty claim.
