Network reduces my Galaxy A7 2017 battery life

Since the Oreo update, network takes more than 50% of my battery. I have reset my mobile phone but nothing has changed. Two of my friends who have the same device are facing the same issue. We live in Ivory Coast (Africa). How can we fix this issue

I had this problem before but it has been fixed by an OTA UPDATE. If possible, try to make OTA update when available.
