I just updated my galaxy A30 to OneUI 3.0(andriod 11)just a couple of hours ago and phone's data is turning off automatically.you can see the below picture

Try to reset your network or turn on then of Airplane mode

Resetted the netowrk settings,turning on/off airplane,rebooting atlast i changed the sim card but it's still cannot help
