Network problem A50

Network problem in samsung a50 still not solved.I have tested it on idea and airtel  network. At same location and on same network idea and airtel perfectly work on my iphone but in a 50 both network struggle.Samsung what is this. After spending  20000 rupees the common user at least expect good network reception but this is completely missing in Samsung A50. Network is main part of any mobile without network any mobile just a piece of plastic so from my point of view Samsung you should first of all fix the network issue in A50 before providing us security updates.

We would suggest you to follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1) Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.

Menu>Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).

2) Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:

Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.
