Both sim are Jio but Sim1 showing 2 bars & sim2 showing 3bars of network

put your mobile to aeroplanes mode for few sec and check it. if it continues ask the jio network provider

bro govt has banned net in some states today. Your state may be in that list. You can put your phone in aeroplane mode and turn of aeroplane mode after few seconds and check again

when we put the mobile in the aeroplane mobile the sim stops its cellular network and connection with the tower for a while. When you turn it on you establish a fresh network.So you can gain a proper network. If it not works ask your "network operator"
