Hello, a lot of you have been facing an issue with your Netflix, i have provided few solutions kindly go through it and do let me know.

SOLUTION #1

minor app-related problems, clearing the cache and data is enough to fix them. What it does is reset the app back to its default settings and configuration. Don’t worry, none of your files and playlists will be deleted if you did this. However, you will have to log into your account again once the problem is fixed. Now, here’s how it’s done:

1)Swipe down from the top of the screen to pull the notification panel down.

2)Tap the Settings icon on the upper-right corner.

3)Scroll to and then tap Apps.

4)Find and tap Netflix.

5)Tap Storage.

6)Touch Clear cache.

7)Touch Clear data and then tap OK to confirm.

8)If the error ‘Netflix keeps stopping’ still continues to show after this, then move on to the next solution.

SOLUTION #2

Another possibility that we have to look into is that the problem can be due to a compatibility issue. While updates are being rule out regularly and your phone may have been set to automatically download them, it’s still better to just uninstall Netflix from your phone to remove all its associations with the firmware and other apps. After which, try to reinstall the app to make sure you’re using the most recent version. Here’s how you do that:

1)Swipe down from the top of the screen to pull the notification panel down.

2)Tap the Settings icon on the upper-right corner.

3)Scroll to and then tap Apps.

4)Find and tap Netflix.

5)Tap Storage.

6)Touch Clear data and tap OK to confirm.

7)Tap the back key once and then touch Uninstall.

8)Confirm that you want to remove the app from your phone.

9)From the home screen, pull up the app drawer.

10)Find and then tap Google Play Store.

11)In the search field, key in ‘netflix’ and then hit search.

12)Tap Netflix and then touch Install.

13)Once the installation is complete, tap Open.

*If this works out kindly accept this as a solution.

Thank you.
