Its too long for last update and need new update like Double tap to wake or lift to wake , night mode in camera , etc These features are missing in Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) and Android 11 has launched but this device is not include so samsung should give this all. Its Biometric performance specially face unlock is very poor and should improve.
Samsung is worst and never give these features perfectly, I have m31 but nor working these features properly its look like the sensors are of cheap quality and Biometric unlock specially Face unlock is too worst of Samsung so firstly you should know something about Samsung then comment.
